How does Invisalign work?

The fastest way to a beautiful smile is a meticulous design process. Dr. Lin will design a customized digital treatment plan, using the proprietary 3D iTero® scanner and Clincheck™ software that ensure precise tooth movement.

Your Invisalign aligners will come in sets, with one custom-designed clear aligner tray for your top teeth and another tray for your bottom teeth. These clear aligners are made of BPA-free, high-quality, flexible plastic with SmartTrack® material designed exclusively for Invisalign.

You’ll wear each set of aligners weekly, at least 20 to 22 hours a day. After each week, you’ll switch your aligners out with the next set. Over time, you’ll notice changes in the alignment of your teeth. And in just a few months, you’ll notice a progressively straight, healthy and confident smile.
